How the order process works

After receiving the request, our team reviews it, checks current product availability, and contacts the customer to confirm final quantity, price, and pickup or delivery method.
The final order is confirmed only after review and approval by our team. This process helps ensure clearer communication and reduces situations where goods are no longer available or stock changes during the day.
